Carrier Relationship Manager

Introduction:
As a Carrier Relationship Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between our customers and carrier network. Your negotiation skills and industry knowledge will ensure we have the right capacity, at the right time, with the right partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage carrier partnerships.
• Negotiate rates and contracts to balance cost and service quality.
• Ensure carriers comply with safety and regulatory standards (DOT/FMCSA).
• Resolve carrier disputes and performance issues collaboratively.
• Forecast capacity needs based on customer demand.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years in carrier procurement or transportation management.
• Strong understanding of truckload/LTL markets and regulations.
• Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Data-driven mindset to balance cost and service.
• Ability to build trust with diverse carrier partners.
