What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve service issues swiftly.
  • Analyze client KPIs and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities while deepening client loyalty.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rates).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
